GUNPLA SA is proud to announce that we have partnered with Nexus Hub as our retail venue and our website delivery logistics. As industry veterans with a loyal retail following, Nexus Hub has proven that their passion for customer service and like us, obsession for great geeky products, should always be at the forefront of what we do.
Delivery:
Nexus Hub offers a 'to door' delivery option with The Courier Guy priced at R100. Delivery will be arranged to the address provided on your account detail when order is paid for. All items purchased from GUNPLA SA are made pursuant to agreements with shipping and delivery agents and risk of loss pass from Nexus Hub to such agents upon delivery of any item to such carrier. Currently Nexus Hub only delivers to areas within South Africa.
Once Payment has been confirmed, deliveries are usually dispatched within a maximum of 48 hours. However we do strive for next day delivery where possible, but please note that The Courier Guy does not collect and deliver orders over weekends. Their drivers collects orders from Nexus Hub every weekday afternoon. So if you have place an order on Friday afternoon and missed the collection. Your order will be collected on Monday afternoon.
Store Pickups:
Suitable option for customers that frequent the Nexus Hub. Any order you place online can choose the free pickup option at Nexus Hub before payment in the checkout process. Only once payment has been confirmed, then the order will be processed by Nexus Hub staff and you will receive notification that your order is ready for pickup.
An Order Reference Number will be forwarded for your use when collecting your order.
